A Free ‘MEET THE FUNDER’ Event for Barnsley Voluntary and Community groups with the National Lottery
Heritage Fund.
Hazel Curtis Heritage Fund Engagement Manager, North will tell you about funding of £10,000 to £250,000 available for all types of heritage related projects.
You will find out what projects can be funded, eligibility criteria and how to apply.
It can be anything from the past that you value and want to pass on to future generations. This could include nature and habitats, historic buildings and environments, or cultures, traditions and people’s memories.
Lorna Lewis from SYFAB will advise you about other sources of funding and support available from SYFAB.
Frances Elliot from Barnsley CVS will share information about CVS grants and other services available at CVS.
The fund is for not- for-profit Voluntary & Community groups, charities and social enterprises.

Time: 10.30am – 1.00pm. (Arrive at 10am for refreshments and networking).
Parking available in front of the Barnsley College Business Centre Building on County Way, Barnsley, S70 2JW for approx. £6 per day. The main doors face County Way Car Park. There is no free parking. The venue is 5-10 minutes walk from the bus and train interchange.
