Come along and listen to presentations from Lloyds TSB Foundation and A4A regarding their funding programmes, followed by an up-date on SYCF and Grassroots Grants. There will be ample opportunity to meet and talk to the funders and also to SYFAB Funding Development Workers about your funding needs in general:

Lloyds TSB Foundation fund small and medium under-funded charities working at the heart of communities, whose core work tackles disadvantage. It will fund running costs, including salaries, and project costs (You have to be a registered charity to apply for this funding)
Awards 4 All (A4A): Changes to the Lottery Small Grants awards were launched in April 2009. Find out how this funding is now being operated and what outcomes you need to look at in order to apply for funds
Grassroots Grants: Grassroots makes grants of £250-£5000 to small volunteer-led community groups with a turnover of less than £30, 000 pa.
South Yorkshire Community Foundation (SYCF): These grants are intended for small, developing and less well-resourced groups and organisations from across South Yorkshire, where small amounts of funding can make a real difference. The majority of grants are one-off payments of between £50 and £1,500.

Places are limited, so you need to book.
